Opening Ritual: Conduct your opening ritual!

Mood Check: Gather the students into a circle (standing or sitting – keep comfort in mind)!

Activity 1: Personal Life

“If your personal and academic life had a scoreboard, what categories would be tracked?”

  • As a group, list what categories matter to them (e.g., grades, skills, health, friendships).
  • Next independently students should rate themselves in the categories they selected.

Gap Analysis: Discuss areas they feel strong in and areas they want to improve.

Activity 2: Setting Intentional Goals

Goal-Setting Challenge: Students set one personal and one academic/professional goal.

Accountability Partner: Students pair up to share their goals and discuss how to stay on track.

  • Ask: “What’s one small change you can make this week to move toward your goal?”

Closing Huddle:

End by collectively performing your exit ritual! Remind students of the next session!
