Students will reflect on their strengths and interests to identify potential college or career pathways and begin taking steps toward those goals.

Activity 1 – 20 Mins
Mentors: MENTORS: Career Interest Inventory – Students will complete a career interest survey and then research at least two related jobs and/or college programs.
- Please review and highlight a few different industries. Encourage students to think BIG and not small.
Activity 2 – 30 Mins
Teacher & Mentors: “My Future Story” Presentation – Students will create a short visual presentation (poster, slides, or video) outlining their future pathway, including steps to get there.
- Students should have something tangible at the end of this activity. They should be able to reflect on this and use this as a guide for their pathway completion.
- This particular project should be exciting to complete.
Closing Huddle – 5 Mins
- End by collectively performing your exit ritual!
- Remind students of the next session!
