Meet Phil, the dynamo behind Next Gen! As our Executive Director since 2017, Phil brings boundless energy to leading strategic growth, fundraising, and management. But that's not all – Phil's journey is packed with adventure! Before joining us, he rocked as the Director of Performance Management at WorkSource Atlanta and even spread his magic as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in the Philippines. And wait for it... Phil's also our superhero State Representative for Georgia House District 59, championing Atlanta and East Point with his unstoppable spirit!

Superpower: Getting People on the Team – I genuinely love meeting new people and building relationships. I’m usually the person who will strike up a conversation, find a connection, and somehow leave with a new contact, potential partner, best friend, or someone who wants to help.

Fun Fact: I forced my family to audition and compete on Family Feud live with Steve Harvey.

Superpower: My superpower lies in my ability to foster deep and meaningful connections. Empathy is my greatest strength, enabling me to not only walk in someone else's shoes but to dance in them. Through empowering those around me, stronger communities are built, relationships are nurtured, and a sense of unity is instilled.
